I recently got addicted to HBO’s True Detective and binge watched entire season. If you’ve seen the show, Rust Cohle’s deep and sometimes terrifying monologues really stick with you. As he’s downing a six pack of Lone Star in the show, giving his ‘Time is a flat circle.’ speech… I realized that coasters are also… flat circles. Thus this somewhat silly coaster set was born. (I also made a beer can man for the photo shoot!)
Each coaster features the creepy spiral pattern seen throughout the show, and text that reads ‘Time is a flat circle.’ within the spiral. These coaster sets are laser engraved alder, sealed for protection from Lone Star beer spills.
